How do I set up Quiz Before Play on my child's device?
After creating your account, go to "Devices" in your parent portal and click "Add Device". Follow the step-by-step instructions to configure your child's device with our DNS settings and security certificate.
How does the quiz system work?
When your child's internet time runs out, they'll be presented with educational articles and vocabulary quizzes. Passing the quiz (3 out of 5 correct) earns them 60 minutes of internet time. This encourages learning while managing screen time.
What is the chore rewards system?
Parents can create chores with time rewards. When a child completes a chore, they can scan a QR code (either on your phone or printed stickers) to claim their reward. Parents approve the completion, and time is automatically added to the child's devices.
Can I block specific websites or categories?
Yes! Quiz Before Play includes ad blocking and content filtering. You can block entire categories (social media, gaming, streaming) or add custom domains to block. You can also set schedules for when blocking is active (like bedtime or school hours).
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing page in your parent portal. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
